The service
Noetio provides AI-visibility analysis: free checks, paid audit reports, implementation sprints, and retainers, as described on the pricing page. Services are offered to businesses only (B2B), not to consumers.
Reports and delivery
Audits are scoped on a call and delivered within 5 business days of kickoff. Delivery is by email and/or download link.
What we do not guarantee
What we do not and cannot guarantee: any specific citation, ranking, mention, or traffic outcome in any AI system. AI answers are non-deterministic and controlled by third parties.
Sprints and retainers
Implementation Sprints are one-time engagements with a fixed 30-day scope; they do not renew. Growth Retainers are monthly with a 3-month minimum term; after the minimum term, either side may cancel to the end of the following month. Fees already invoiced remain payable.
Your responsibilities
You confirm you are authorized to have the submitted domain analyzed, and that materials you give us don't infringe third-party rights. You remain responsible for changes you deploy to your own properties.
Liability
We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual duties, capped at the fees paid for the affected service in the 12 months before the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by law.
Independence, IP, and misc
Noetio is independent and not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, or Perplexity. Report formats, methodology, and tooling remain our IP; the delivered report is yours to use internally. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA; exclusive venue is the state and federal courts of Delaware, except where the mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence applies.
